A "Renaissance intervention in emergency" , in the evening beyond 20h and / or in weekend (Saturday-Sunday) causes an increase of the price of the package to: 400.- CHF.
Remote troubleshooting
Generally computer problems can be solved through a remote connection on your computer, if it connects to the Internet. This secure technology allows for quick troubleshooting sometimes even without an appointment, thus avoiding generating travel expenses.
Simply download the support software remote that I use and contact me by phone (078 635 66 99). Then you explain to me your problem and you send me your login ID and access password provided by the support software. This allows me to take control of your computer remotely to troubleshoot in the shortest time.
